Legal & accessibility

The fine print, plainly.

The principles governing privacy, submissions, site use, copyright, and accessible access to Your1st Voice.
01

Privacy Policy

We collect only what the work requires: your contact details, project information, and the files you choose to share. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond the services needed to run this site and deliver your project.

Inquiry details are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable period after. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time through the contact form.

02

Terms of Use

This site describes narration and production services offered by Your1st Voice, LLC. Quotes, auditions, and schedules discussed here become binding only when both parties sign a project agreement.

Site content — including audio samples — is provided for evaluation. Reproducing or redistributing samples outside that purpose requires written permission.

03

Submission Policy

Manuscripts and excerpts submitted for auditions or quotes remain entirely yours. Submitting a work grants us permission to read and evaluate it for the requested purpose only — nothing more.

Unsolicited fiction submissions to Dimly Lit are not currently open. When narrator auditions or open submission windows launch, terms will be published on this page first.

05

Accessibility

This site is built to WCAG-informed standards: keyboard navigability, visible focus states, sufficient contrast on dark surfaces, and transcripts for featured audio where available.

Audio-first work should never exclude anyone. If something here is hard to use with your assistive technology, tell us — accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not feedback.
